Just purchased an 8gb USB stick from sandisk, configured it, installed the latest firmware update and everything. Then I bought Oblivion GoTY and tried to install the second disk. Apparently you still can't do that without the harddrive. I don't know if that's common knowledge or not but there ya go. Don't make the same mistake I did. Spoke with tech support to confirm it. Thankfully I purchased the game used so I can return everything.
